Online Cancelations & Returns Policy

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before the goods are despatched please email hello@tommartinlondon.com. Orders placed by 1pm are despatched the same working day. The faster you get to us, the better!

Returns

If you would like to a return a product , you can do so for a full refund at any time up to 28 days from the date you receive your purchase accoridng to the Royal Mail. We would advise letting us know by emailing us (or through our contact form) so we can keep an eye out for your return and process your refund quicker.

Your order must be returned in the same condition in which you received it.

Private and corporate commissioned items are non-refundable.

In the unlucky circumstance you have received an order and there is a problem, please let us as soon as possible. We’ll make sure to rectify this as soon as we can.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date we receive your returned order.
