Online Cancelations & Returns Policy

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before the goods are despatched please email hello@tommartin.co.uk. We will do our best to do so before the order is packed.

Returns

If you would like to a return a product , you can do so for a full refund at any time up to 28 days from the date you receive your purchase. We would advise letting us know by emailing us.

Your order must be returned in the same condition in which you received it.

Private and corporate commissioned items are non-refundable.

In the unlucky circumstance you have received an order and there is a problem, please let us as soon as possible. We’ll make sure to rectify this as soon as we can.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive your returned order.
